HOW TO CLAIM

WHAT YOU CAN CLAIM

• Leaderboard prizes — top 5 finishers in each bi-weekly period.
• Early Adopter carryover credit — applied to your rank in the first full period after the trial ends.
• Clip rewards — approved submissions from the clip form.
• Corrections — rank or wager-volume adjustments from a resolved dispute.

BEFORE YOU CLAIM

Have this ready before you open a claim — it makes review much faster.

• Your Rainbet username (the one linked to code KEYS).
• The period you're claiming for (start and end dates).
• Your rank and the prize amount you expect.
• A screenshot or link as proof — leaderboard page, Rainbet account summary, or clip URL.
• Your preferred delivery method (see the rewards page for what's available).

WHERE TO CLAIM

All claims go through our Discord server. You'll join, open a claim, and a team member will walk you through the rest.

STEP-BY-STEP

1. Join the Discord server using the button above. Verify your account if prompted.
2. Open a claim in the claims channel (or DM a moderator during the trial period).
3. Post the required info from section 02 in one message — the more complete, the faster the review.
4. Wait for review. A team member will confirm eligibility, cross-check against the live leaderboard, and respond in-thread.
5. Receive your payout via your confirmed delivery method.

TIMING

• Initial response — within 24 hours of opening a claim.
• Review & resolution — within 72 hours in most cases.
• Payout delivery — within 48–72 hours of approval.
• Complex cases (disputes, missing data, carryover adjustments) may take longer. You'll be kept updated in-thread.

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG

• If your rank or wager volume looks off, open a dispute via Discord — same place as claims.
• Multi-accounting, manipulation, or Rainbet ToS violations will result in disqualification.
• Decisions from the review team are final, but you can always ask for clarification in-thread.
